Registration & Immunizations
We are happy to welcome new students to our schools! If you are registering a child for school for the first time or are new to the area, please bring the following information to the front office, or submit via our new electronic registration via Parent Portal (see links below the list of documents).
- Proof of residency
- Your child's immunization records
- Your child's original birth certificate
- Transcripts from the previous school (if applicable)
- Withdrawal form from previous school
- Pre-Registration for all new students planning to attend GUSD SY 2022–2023.
- Returning Students: Parents please log into your parent portal to update forms for SY 2022–2023.
Immunizations
Our district abides by Arizona state laws regarding immunizations for school-age children. Children must be current on immunizations in order to register. Read more about Arizona immunization laws in the links below:
