Immunizations & Enrollment


Our district abides by Arizona state laws regarding immunizations for school-age children. Children must be current on immunizations in order to register. Read more about Arizona immunization laws in the links below:


We are happy to welcome your child to our schools! If you are enrolling a child to Ganado schools for the first time, please fill out our pre-registration form. Pre-registering is only a preview and is not the enrollment. Once we look at your pre-registration, we will either approve or reject. You will receive an email soon after. The documents listed below must be submitted to the school when enrolling.

  • Your child's immunization records
  • Your child's original birth certificate
  • Your child’s Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)
  • Proof of residency
  • Withdrawal form from previous school
  • Transcripts/Grades from the previous school

Pre-Registration – This form is just basic information that will be reviewed before the actual enrollment process begins. Once completed, you will be sent an email with further instructions. (Please click on the link below.)

Returning Students (Students who have attended Ganado Schools before):

  • Parents, please send an email to inform us of your intention to re-enroll your child with Ganado Schools. If you have any questions, please call (928) 755-1065. Thank you.
